Background colors of the header and footer are different

SUMMARY

If color scheme contains a header background color, then both header and footer use that color as their background color. It's true for a Breeze Light theme. In the Breeze Dark theme, the footer for some reason uses the background color of the window as its background color and therefore background colors of the header and footer are different.

OBSERVED RESULT

Background colors of the header and footer are different.

EXPECTED RESULT

Background colors of the header and footer are the same.

I was wrong, the same goes for the Breeze Light theme.

This is an intentional design decision. We wanted to mirror the colors of headers and footers on desktop apps.
