No KDE Connect icon in Windows 10 taskbar tray.
(aka: Windows Notification Tray)
(aka: Windows Notification Area)
(This is the area to the left of the taskbar clock.)

However, KDE messages and notifications do appear in the Windows 10 Action Center message/notification list.
(This is the button to the right of the taskbar clock.)

Bug introduced sometime within the past half year.

Using Windows 10, installed kdeconnect-kde-21.04.2-637-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------
1. Install build kdeconnect-kde-21.04.2-637-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe for "All Users" into "Program Files" on Windows 10.
2. Restart PC
3. Allow exception for KDE Connect 
   in automatic Windows Firewall popup (optional)
4. Run KDE Connect

OBSERVED RESULT

KDE Connect no longer displays an icon in the tray.
KDE Connect is working properly otherwise, notifications from phone and sending files to and form PC work as intended.

Tray icon is just missing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When I used a build from early 2021, and everything was fine, functionality worked, tray icon was consistently present.

A few months ago I reinstalled Windows 10. I did a first time install of KDE Connect's most recent stable build on July 1st, 2021, and the tray icon is now missing.

My Windows Task Manager does display the following processing running:

kdeconnect-app.exe
kdeconnect-indicator.exe
kdeconnectd.exe

but no KDE Connect tray icon.
