SUMMARY
Printouts from KMyMoney cut off top and bottom, Letter or A4Portrait or Landscape. printer model: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5575, ppd driver.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create customized report
2. Select print from program toolbar
3. Page prints 

OBSERVED RESULT
- top and bottom lines cut-off. (See attachment)

With the information available, it is not possible to reproduce the problem, as it may depend on the printer, printer driver, and print settings. 

In general, it can help with such problems to print the report to a PDF file and then send this to the printer.

If the problem persists and cannot be solved with the intermediate step of the PDF file, please submit more detailed information so that we can investigate further.
