SUMMARY
The Windows application of KDE Connect should have an about page, containing info about the current version, links to related web pages, name some contributors and offer a way to report bugs.

We don't have an encompassing About Page but all plugins, all executables have their own Authors and link to bugs.kde.org in their own About sections.

There is an about page in the system settings kcm in plasma for KDE connect and I couldn't find it in windows.
But you're right, if there is an about page for the modules it might be enough.
