SUMMARY
Every time I want to write a new email (or reply to one), I get this weird error:

Error transferring https://languagetool.org/api/v2/languages - server replied: Forbidden

It started after the last updates. kmail reports version 5.17.2, kde neon packages.

Fixed in last version which is not release yet.
Disable languagetool plugins for the moment
