Yes, I have the same problem. This problem is present on all versions of KDE on all versions of Linux (Majaro, OpenSUSE, Kubuntu, Neon, etc.)
I can confirm that as well, using a Wacom PTH-651 tablet with the usual xf86-input-wacom driver. The issue also applies to several other elements apart from buttons, e.g. - the search field in Discover (once out of focus (no visible cursor), you cannot put it back into focus with a pen) - the search dropdown or search field in the "download new Plasma mini programs", "fetch new global designs" or any similar dowload dialogues that can be accessed in System Settings dialogue (search pops open but cannot be selected) - the scroll bar in System settings --> Firewall --> Show Connections (hover event is detected, but click/drag event is not detected) Operating System: MX Linux 23 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0 Qt Version: 5.15.8 Kernel Version: 6.1.0-10-amd64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11
