SUMMARY
The scrolling bars in the screenshot section are not adjusted for RTL.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a RTL language (Hebrew, Arabic, Persian, etc.)
2. Open discover on an application
3. Scroll with the scrolling bars in the screenshot section

The problem seems to be that the LayoutMirroring.enabled property is not getting set to true as expected when in RTL mode.

Or rather, it's set to true in the base page, but not propagating properly to other elements.

This is actually a bug with Breeze; the scrollbars are misleading in RtL. I've been trying to fix it with a few attempts, but it always ends up remaining in the confusing state.
