SUMMARY

Report bug menu dissapears on hover

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover tool (Software Center)
2. Click on Settings
3. Try to report a bug by clicking on the 3 dots of the top right corner.
4. Hover on "About Discover" and move down to "Report Bug"

OBSERVED RESULT

"Report Bug" option dissapears.  (See screenshot with 2 scenarios)

EXPECTED RESULT

"Report Bug" option should not dissapear on hover.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian 10.10 (new installation)

That's not the case on more recent versions, the "Report bug..." action in on the about page now.
