darker borders

SUMMARY
After updating plasma from 5.21 to 5.22 I encountered around all plasma components (plasmoids, volume pop up, notification pop up ect) some weird darker borders

As Niccolò venerandi suggested it can be turned off by disabling the Contrast effect in (Workspace behaviour -> desktop effects)

Seems to be fine on both Intel and AMD GPUs on Plasma 5.25.4 with KF 5.97 right now
