SUMMARY
I worked with digiKam 7.3.0 snapshot 17.6.2021 on a Windows 10 system.

In Showfoto I opened a *.orf image and I also opened the DNG-Converter.

Pressing "Convert" Showfoto starts the conversion and also changes the mouse to the "rotating circle".

The progress bar is displayed over the separating line to existing target-file.
This does not look very good.

But the rotating circle is not changed back to default mouse-pointer.
This is a little bit annoying
