SUMMARY If the volume it's changed while playback it's stopped then it won't be properly applied once playback resumes, it only gets applied if changed while playing STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. change Elisa's volume while playback is stopped 2. play 3. change volume while playing OBSERVED RESULT song will keep playing at whatever volume was set before playback started, however it will EXPECTED RESULT volume should be properly updated regardless of playback status SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS KDE Plasma Version: 5.22 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.83 Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

seems to happen specifically when the media is stopped, not paused that seems to consistently reproduce it

I also cannot reproduce this anymore. Whatever has been changed in Elisa or in its dependecies seems to have solved the problem.
