I absolutely love Elisa's look and feel and I think it's the best looking music player around by a large margin but the main reason I went back to Rhythmbox is because I like a long play queue. This currently doesn't seem possible in Elisa. You can do a large playlist and have it shuffle but no queue. With Rhythmbox I can add my 25,000 song library to a queue and let it play through until it's played every song in the queue. Rhythmbox takes everything in the queue and shuffles it and it works flawlessly with huge queues. I like seeing what's coming up and I have it on 8 hours a day in the background while I'm working and it lets me know I've heard every song in the library once it finishes. With shuffle there's no guarantee of that. I don't know if this is something that Elisa wants to support, but if it does I'm moving over.
Thanks for the praise! However, in what way does Elisa not support this? I have only 4000 songs in my library, but I can add them all to the playlist and shuffle them, no sweat. What exactly is not working for you?
