STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. use Application Dashboard as apps launcher
3. open Application Dashboard
4. move, with drag-and-drop, any icon present in the Favorites list
OR any icon of the shut down options below Favorites
5. repeat the step 4 with another icon

OBSERVED RESULT
drag-and-drop done in the last step fails and Application Dashboard closes

EXPECTED RESULT
drag-and-drop in Application Dashboard should always be successful

I can reproduce it on Neon user:

Drag and drop is impossible in Plasma 6 alpha. The app that I try to drag opens.
