SUMMARY
If a program is pinned, after uninstalling it leaves a placeholder icon 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin a program 
2. Uninstall it

OBSERVED RESULT
Placeholder icon is shown once the program is uninstalled.

EXPECTED RESULT
Uninstalling a program also removes it's icon

Confirmed, though it's unclear whether we want this. If we did do it, I bet we'd get bug reports about it. :/

I don't think people uninstall programs such as firefox or chrome often if ever.

It's inconsistent when compared to bookmarked icons on the Application Launcher; those get removed with the app.
