After stating Plasma I can use Krunner only once with alt+space. Starting Krunner from Konsole results in: 

~> krunner &
[1] 12790
~> jobs
[1]+  Fertig     krunner

It always exits after being invoked.

The Plasma 5.22 update deleted the default hotkey.
