STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. set Plastik window decoraton in Window Decorations KCM
3. open Kate
5. close Kate
6. reopen Kate

OBSERVED RESULT
completely blurry window decoration. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
correctly rendered window decoration

Could you confirm that https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/commit/05af11b4eddcbfaaa072f765639eef0db1268cab fixes this issue?

If it doesn't set please set the status back to reopened. The commit above will be in 5.23 beta

it's still happening after the step 3. Re-login fixes the bug.

Plastik window decoration also becomes completely blurry when my hdmi monitor leaves power saving mode.

Cannot reproduce with Plasma 5.24 beta on Arch Linux.
