Created attachment 139181 [details] screenshot STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. use Wayland session 2. open a window with server side decoration and maximize it 3. move the cursor away from the upper left corner 4. tap the icon in the upper left corner with a touchscreen OBSERVED RESULT A tooltip appears at cursor position. If a menu opened instead, dismiss it and tap the icon again until a tooltip appears at cursor position. EXPECTED RESULT menu opens and no tooltip appears at cursor position SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.83.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Graphics Platform: Wayland

Can't reproduce in Plasma 6, there's no tooltips while interacting with the title bar with touch. Does it still happen for you?
