All of the settings from Applications > Launch Feedback are related to appearance. I think that the "Launch Feedback" category should be moved to the Appearance section.
That's true. However these settings are application-related, and also mostly cursor-related. Ultimately what I would like to do is move the setting for feedback on the Task Manager into individual Task Manager applets themselves, and then move the cursor-related launch feedback into the Cursors KCM, and then delete this KCM entirely. However until that gets done, moving the KCM into the Appearance section seems reasonable enough to me.
Maybe the launch feedback setting could move to the icons-only task manager settings. Applying this setting individually would make hard to disable launch feedback for all apps.

[kcms/launch] Move to Appearance category This KCM is 100% appearance-based, so it should be safe and semantically sane to move it there.
