It looks outdated and it got replaced by Breeze a long time ago.

Yeah, I don't think it makes sense to continue shipping non-details 1st-party themes. We moved the color schemes to GHNS and nothing exploded.

Probably a KF6 task because if we remove it now, anyone who was using it will get the theme deleted from under them and it will fall back to Breeze.
