SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings > hamburger menu > Configure System Settings.

OBSERVED RESULT
The left panel of the of the "configure System Settings" window is overlapping the window decoration separator line.

This also happens in the Dolphin settings window, but I have no idea how to call this type of windows.

Sorry, but I don't remember this. The one I can recall and that is similar is that one talking about standardizing headers.
