akregator not using dark color for article

SUMMARY
Changing the color-scheme within KDE is not reflected in the article reading panel within Akregator.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a color scheme for KDE plasma to a dark color
2. Open akregator
3. Select an article to read

OBSERVED RESULT
All panels and text is adjusted to the selected color scheme except for the reading pane where the article is shown.

EXPECTED RESULT
The article is shown using the colour scheme selected by the user.
