SUMMARY

Normally after making any changes to a KMM file, the app updates its title adding a star, which commonly indicates the file has been modified. However, this does not happen on macOS for some reason.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file
2. Modify it

OBSERVED RESULT
App window title doesn't chage


EXPECTED RESULT
Title should change to include a "*" indicator

Maybe an upstream problem since we are using https://api.kde.org/frameworks/kxmlgui/html/classKMainWindow.html#aa78364d5eeb1c1f5bd333c733378741d for this purpose on all platforms alike.
