SUMMARY
python3-pyqt5.qsci package is not installable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sudo apt install python3-pyqt5.qsci

OBSERVED RESULT

While it's an issue can you explain what python3-pyqt5.qsci is used by? It doesn't seem to be anything in KDE

It's used by Autokey(https://github.com/autokey/autokey), and being discussed here(https://github.com/autokey/autokey/issues/557).

I installed autokey-qt today, and it is working again.
I use ctrl+shift+U in autokey-qt to create a comment line, e.g.

It's been fixed by 2.11.6+dfsg-2+20.04+focal+release+build1. (neon repository)
