Description Garry Williams 2021-06-06 15:18:02 UTC
SUMMARY
konsole used to start up without displaying any toolbars. Now it always starts with both "main" and "session" toolbars.

I now have to select Show Menu Bar so that I can right click in menu bar to deselect the two toolbars and then unclick Settings -> Show Menu Bar. But it won't "remember" my preference now.

konsole used to let me eliminate all that unneeded real estate. What happened?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start knsole
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Tool bars take up valuable real estate at the top of the window.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tool bars are not present.
