STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. click on "Applications addons" in the sidebar
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, unclear "Discover_ktexteditor_codesnippets_core" addon category is available.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Discover_ktexteditor_codesnippets_core" should be "KTextEditor Snippets"

Can confirm. Seems like a misconfigured knsrc file from Kate. Looks like it's missing the Name= key.

This bug persists on neon unstable.

I think this was coming from discover itself and not kate, the related file is gone now though
