SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a panel in the upper part of a screen; 2. Add some widgets (in my case Avalon Menu, Application Title, General Menu, System Tray and Better inline clock); 3. Restart the X server or PC. OBSERVED RESULT The upper half of the screen being bugged and impossible to click. I mean, if there is anything in the upper part of a screen you can't interact with it. EXPECTED RESULT Everything should be working fine. INTERESTING REMARK If you click the right mouse button the context menu of latte appears. Check it out too.
