I'm not having this issue anymore.
Whoops, I commented in the wrong bug report. I'm still having this issue.
Created attachment 139037 [details] Update The icons appeared again in gufw, but some of them are unreadable. Breeze Dark doesn't work and the same thing happens for Inkscape 0.92.5-1ubuntu1.1. Do these apps use GTK2?
I don't know, you tell me. :) How did you install this app? Distro package or flatpak?
Inkscape and gufw were obtained through the repos.
What icon theme are you using?
Papirus. I think I should had open two separate reports, but the icons problem is not happening anymore. The GTK problem, however, is still happening.
Looks like these are GTK2 apps, so that explains the lack of theming. Breeze doesn't theme GTK2 apps anymore; it's just too old to be maintainable.
