Krita version 4.4.2 is old, please update to 4.4.3, next please provide extra details about your system and installation. And next provide more details on the issue, for example. Does this happen with all files or just with one in particular? Aside from that ensure you have installed ffmpeg and you set it up correctly https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/render_animation.html#setting-up-krita-for-exporting-animations you cannot render animations without ffmpeg installed.
