SUMMARY
kcm_fontinst not working
/usr/lib/qt/plugins/kcms/kcm_fontinst.so exists

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Navigate to font management
3. Or try command: kcmshell5 kcm_fontinst

OBSERVED RESULT
systemsettings5 error in terminal:
kf.kcmutils: Error creating object from plugin "/usr/lib/qt/plugins/kcms/kcm_fontinst.so"
Module not found error when running kcmshell5 command

EXPECTED RESULT
Module working
