SUMMARY
Please package Nextcloud on Neon because the official Nextcloud repo for Focal doesn't work on Neon (Qt mismatch), and would need to change the PPA to hirsute, which will be a pain for regular users.

* Yes, I'm on Testing, but IIRC, User edition's Qt version is ahead of Kubuntu.

Just tried myself, and a dependency of nextcloud-desktop package needs v2.33 of libc6.
