SUMMARY Opening KMail consistently creates audio applications named "speech-dispatcher-ng" and "playback" in plasma-pa. It also creates processes called sd_espeak-ng, sd_dummy, and speech-dispatcher. Those are closed after KMail closes. This issue ends up causing bug 417457.
