Try to add a new journal to a day that exists before today, then add other new journals in the future and you get the bug.

You see you have only 4 journals visible.

Do you have more than two entries in the week of the 24th -- 30th?

Are you expecting to see entries from the 21st or the 4th? You have to select those dates in the navigator.

Now I understand how this works, but it's really not an intuitive design at all, how can I know that a day in navigator has journals ? I should randomly select by mouse range of day and see if it has journals.
In Month view it's clear and easy to see journals but with Jounal view it's really not user friendly, I expected the Journal view to show all saved journals like what we have with To do list.
To make Journal view more usable it would be great to add some indication on days that contain journals and also to allow selecting non continuous range of days because for now only continuous mouse selection is possible.

In Settings >> Views, in the General tab's Date Navigator section, there is an option to show journal entries when in Journal view. Days with entries are displayed in bold type, which personally I find to be a bit too subtle.

I will leave this bug open but move it to the wish list, to keep your suggestions visible. There isn't much about the current journal view that I like :-(.
