how to trigger the problem

When the mouse pointer is moved fast from right to left without stopping by any file or folder, it passes by Dolphin left sidebar resizing's line then the pointer start to show the resizing shape instead of the arrow even over sidebar items. See attached image (how to trigger the problem) and video for more info.
