STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Click on the items of the places panel. 

OBSERVED RESULT
With the new design change of the places panel, the resize icon keeps being triggered for no reason and clicking in items doesn't work.

It happens randomly.
I tried to record a video, but I soon as Dolphin window gets unfocused, the bugs goes away.
