Why I couldn't provide backtrace info

Application: dragon (20.08.1)

Qt Version: 5.14.2
Frameworks Version: 5.74.0
Operating System: Linux 5.8.0-50-generic x86_64
Windowing system: X11
Distribution: Ubuntu 20.10

-- Information about the crash:
I tried to play a 30-second replay video copied from my Nintendo Switch, then the Dragon Player window appears and segfaulted immediately.
The thumbnail of the file could be seen so I don't think it's the file's fault.
File extension mp4.
The file can be played normally on my Nintendo Switch.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

If something crashed, we need a backtrace of it so we can figure out what's going on. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports.
