SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Right click on a panel > edit 2. Hover the mouse through the items. OBSERVED RESULT The hover is instantly, causing unwanted context menus to appear. The editing experience gets a bit frustrating. EXPECTED RESULT A little delay for the context menus to appear. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If we added a delay, people would get frustrated that they had to wait before using the popup. Can you try to quantify what's frustrating about the editing experience, exactly?
Sometimes the wrong item is selected. Maybe a milliseconds delay?
