STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.create a user account in Users KCM (notice that SDDM KCM sets an avatar
with the inicial letter(s) of the account name)
2. logout
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
SDDM displays an avatar used by default in older versions of Plasma

EXPECTED RESULT
Avatar with initial letter(s) of the account name

Yeah, we don't have Avatar support in the Breeze Plasma theme Lock and Login screens yet.
