Looks like a half-updated install
Comment 3 Nate Graham 2021-05-20 17:52:53 UTC
Yep. Packaging or update problem or some sort.

Yesterday, at night, I did update but problem persist. Any suggestion?
Comment 5 Nate Graham 2021-05-21 17:01:53 UTC
This is a packaging or configuration problem and not a code problem. Moving back to Neon.

Running the live session on the ISO works fine and it works fine on my own computer. (Which doesn't mean it's not a real issue just that it's a bit more of an edge case.)

Can you paste the output of apt full-upgrade ?

Do you have neon-desktop installed?

The same today after upgrading from 5.21.5 to KDE 5.22

file:///home/$USER/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.taskmanager/contents/ui/main.qml:220:9: Cannot assign to non-existent property "toolTipItem"

Is it possible to reset plasmoids to defaults?
Comment 10 Nate Graham 2021-06-11 21:03:25 UTC
In this case, yes: delete ~/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.taskmanager/
