STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start up Dolphin
2. Press Ctrl+F and search for a string


OBSERVED RESULT
Notification pops up with "kdeinit5 closed unexpectedly"

I managed to reproduce this error searching in my ~ directory, but not from ~/Downloads.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin shows files matching search term
