SUMMARY
When a process is stopped (SIGSTOP), there is no visual indication that it is stpoped.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send SIGSTOP to a process

OBSERVED RESULT
No visual indication that the process is stopped

EXPECTED RESULT
Some form of indication that the process is stopped, in old Ksysguard the CPU usage colum showed "stopped" but it could also be denoted in a different way
