In Gwenview's View mode, when a picture is zoomed out to exceed its window, I can use Left mouse Button to drag and pan the view around. However, I was unable to do so with my graphics tablet. A hand icon was showing a "grabbing" gesture when I pressed down my stylus tip, but the picture is locked in place. I can drag to move the picture using the mini-view on the bottom-right corner, but the movement was very janky and uncontrollable. I'm using a Cintiq 24 Pro, Left Mouse Button has been assigned to stylus tip. I can do the same operation without issue in digiKam (distro) and Krita (appimage). Reproducible in Gwenview 22.12.3 I'm using Huion Inspiory H610 Pro v2 tablet. Dragging in other applications works as expected. KUbuntu 23.04, X11 KDE Plasma: v5.27.4 QT: v5.15.8
