SUMMARY
I suggest changing the URL for "visit app website" link in AppStream to https://kdeconnect.kde.org/ as it would make easier for people to get to know what KDE Connect can do when loading in various "app stores".

It is currently set to the wiki/docs page of https://community.kde.org/KDEConnect

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open this link into Discover: appstream://org.kde.kdeconnect.kcm.desktop
   - or just search for it in Discover
2. Find the visit app website link to see the current setting
