2. Run an executable file.

The dialog should appear on top of Dolphin window.

Cannot reproduce in Plasma 5.22; it appears in front of Dolphin for me. Let's assume it's been fixed with KWin changes since 5.21 (since KWin exclusively controls positioning on Wayland)
