SUMMARY
After upgrading Plasma/Kwin to 5.21.90, Yakuake sometimes gets stuck on a particular activity. After this, invoking Yakuake while in another activity just brings the user to the activity Yakuake got stuck on.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In activity A, keep on invoking/dismissing Yakuake till it momentarily appears in the Task Manager (the one in the panel that shows open applications).
2. Switch to activity B
3. Invoke Yakuake

OBSERVED RESULT
Yakuake opens, but the user is dragged to activity A from activity B

EXPECTED RESULT
Yakuake should open in whatever activity the user is currently on.

Yakuake version: 21.04.1 (could not find the version in the list)

KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.90

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Workaround: Add a window rule that forces Yakuake to be in all Activities.

Bug is not reprodicible if I downgrade all Plasma/Kwin packages to 5.21.5.
