Description PQCraft 2021-05-15 01:39:27 UTC
SUMMARY
I would like there to be an option to stop the taskbar from unhiding when an application requires attention. I am using Audacity and it uses borderless windows as tool tips. Whenever one pops up, it causes the icon to flash and the panel to unhide. This is a bit distracting and annoying.

This feature was implemented in Plasma 5.21. :)
