There are also the 3 buttons: Change, Apply and Close of which only Close is enabled STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open Elisa 2. select Radio's on the left 3. press + button in the middle to add a radio OBSERVED RESULT Just a gray form, no input boxes EXPECTED RESULT Input boxes to add the radio stream info SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux: Tumbleweed KDE Frameworks 5.82.0 Qt 5.15.2 (gebouwd tegen 5.15.2) Het xcb venstersysteem ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Just ran into the same issue; I'm attaching a screenshot of the dialog. As a workaround, I just edited one of the built-in radio stations instead of making a new one, but of course that is not ideal. This is on fully updated KDE Neon User Edition 5.22, with freshly installed Elisa 21.04.1.

according to https://pointieststick.com/2021/06/04/this-week-in-kde-plasma-5-22-is-nigh/ it should be fixed in 21.04.02 :)
Just updated to 21.04.02 on Arch Linux, really it's fixed. Bug persists on neon unstable though.

Elisa 21.04.02 also dropped on Tumbleweed, fixed there and with Patrick his report on Arch I going to close this :)\ thank you
