Gufw rule creation

SUMMARY
In Gufw, you can add a rule by simple typing the name of the application. Also, when the rule is added, the rule has the app name as a label -- this also allows the user to better recognize what app that a rule is interfering).

I don't think we have Gufw support right now; only ufw and firewalld.

GUFW is another frontend for UFW. Totally unrelated. Since Both (GUFW and plasma-firewall) are a graphical interface for the same backend, I don’t think it is worth to invest time on this.
