Which phonon backend are you using?
Only is installed phonon-qt5-backend-gstreamer.x86_64 so I suppose the backend is gstreamer.
Thanks. You might want to use the vlc backend, I'm not convinced the gstreamer backend is all that maintained anymore.

This backend for Phonon is no longer maintained or supported, and has not been for quite some time. Please use the VLC backend instead--which is the recommended and maintained replacement--and see if you can reproduce the issue there.
