SUMMARY
In the System monitor Sensor widget the text-only sensors are hidden in the Pie Chart, Line Chart and Bar Chart modes but are present in the Text Only and Horizontal Bars 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a System monitor Sensor widget
2. Add a text-only sensor to it
3. Set the Display Style to Pie Chart, Line Chart or Bar Chart

OBSERVED RESULT
The sensor is invisible

EXPECTED RESULT
The sensor should be visible (like in the previous version)

KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.5

unfortunately there is a framework incompatibility that creeped in Plasma 5.21 which cannot really be fixed in 5.21 lifetime.
however the issue is known and has been fixed in Plasma 5.22

I just tested this again in 5.22.0 and the bug was fixed for all modes except for "Bar Chart". In that mode the text-only sensors are still hidden.
