STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Open systemsetting,calendar applet,calendar applet settings,application menu,application menu settnigs,plasma-systemmonitor on X11 or systemsettings on wayland and move mouse in their space.

Graphical glitches

No graphical glitches

Please run

kcmshell5 qtquicksettings and choose the software backend. 
You may need to log out and in afterwards.

Then confirm if the issues persist.

Does glxgears / any game glitch?

In glxgears there are no glitches.Also on older mesa packages no glitches.I'm also tried to update only mesa package on other pc and on older kde-frameworks there are no glitches.And after update to new kde-framework on other pc no glitches(and hardware on other pc completly differrent).

On software rendering glitches are gone.Also on older mesa packages no glitches.

In games I had no glitches

This glitches are caused by mesa packages and only on amdgpu.On mesa gitlab there are report about this glitches but from other user with amdgpu.So,this bug report must be closed.
